Currently, I hold the position of Second Vice-President of the Congress of the Republic of Peru. I achieved the postgraduate academic degree in my field. At my 39 years of age, I have had the opportunity to work in different state and private companies. I enjoy high credibility, good social stand and trust in La Libertad Province. I act on the basis of impeccable moral principles and values. I am persuaded that if a person acts with humility, transparence, righteousness, respect, truthfulness, improvement spirit and above all with confidence in God, they must be successful.

ü      One of the ten winners in a competition sponsored by the World Bank in Peru, in May 2003, with the participation of 1218 candidates. The contest concerned presenting an innovative project at national level, and I won with the project called “Daily bread from the hands of a disabled brother”. Currently, this bakery project has currently created jobs for disabled persons in the Department of La Libertad.

ü      In June 2004, I won another project competition by the World Bank, and thanks to this hundreds of disabled persons in La Libertad are being trained for work.

ü      Second place in the competition “Integration and Solidarity 2004” sponsored by Radio Programs of Peru at national and international levels. This contest recognizes people and businesses that provide relevant social support and values.
